Why Consider Mediation Training? Conflict is a normal part of every day life. Mediation is a highly effective and mutually satisfying way to resolve conflicts. Our trainings offers educators, community leaders, counselors, human resources staff, customer service personnel, supervisors, managers, parents, teens, and you an opportunity to develop conflict resolution and mediation skills.
What Can I Expect at the Training? The courses are a fun and highly interactive mixture of lecture, discussion, demonstration and participant role-playing with instructor and peer feedback.
