The DRC Board of Directors is seeking applications from individuals who have an interest in supporting our organization's mission, and will enhance the Board's and the organization's representation of and engagement with the many diverse communities we serve. 

We welcome and encourage applications from members of our community who can bring to our organization:
- Strong community connections
- Skills in identifying and leveraging resources
- Governance, leadership or management experience

​We especially encourage applications from residents of south Mason County, south Thurston County and east Thurston County; individuals with lived experience with housing and/or economic insecurity or involvement with the justice system; and Spanish/English bilingual and bicultural members of our community.

Recognizing that youth are a vital resource and bring unique perspectives, we are also encouraging community members aged 16 - 24 to apply for a Youth Representative position on our Board.

Board members serve for a three-year term. The Youth Representative serves for a one-year term.
