The DRC Board of Directors is currently seeking applicants for the position of
Executive Director​

Reporting to the Board of Directors, the Executive Director leads a talented, dedicated team of staff and volunteers in the vital work of community-based conflict resolution. 

This position is responsible for ensuring that the organization operates internally and externally in alignment with its strategic direction, mission, vision, and values, as well as leading the organization’s staff and volunteers, and setting its culture and team expectations.

Preferred qualifications for this full-time, exempt position include education and/or experience in the non-profit sector and five years' experience working in positions of increasing leadership and responsibility with public and/or non-profit organizations.
