About Our Team

The Dispute Resolution Center is currently seeking applicants for the position of

Finance Manager​
The DRC is seeking a Finance Manager to lead financial and administrative functions that support our mission of building healthy, respectful communities through conflict resolution. 

This role is responsible for managing core financial operations, including accounting, payroll, reporting, and compliance, while also strengthening internal systems and supporting strategic decision-making. The Finance Manager works closely with the Executive Director, program leads, and external financial professionals as needed to ensure accurate, transparent, and accessible financial information across the organization. 

​We are seeking a collaborative, detail-oriented professional with accounting experience who can translate financial data into clear, actionable insights. This position plays a key role in maintaining strong financial stewardship while supporting a mission-driven, community-centered organization. 

Position details: 
  • 35 hours per week (hybrid schedule available) 
  • $31.25–$36.00/hour, depending on experience 
  • Benefits include health coverage, paid leave, and 403(b) match
