About Our Team

As the Dispute Resolution Center continues to evolve as we emerge from the COVID-19 pandemic, demand for our services is now greater than ever.  We are being asked to address expanding and evolving community needs, particularly those related to housing security.  Government funding is helping make possible staff positions to support these growing services.
We are currently seeking applicants for the positions below.  

Position Vacancy:

Lead Eviction Resolution Program Specialist
This position performs client intake duties, provides resources to landlords and tenants, facilitates negotiations between landlords and tenants, and coordinates and supports case management for eviction resolution services. 

Focusing on the needs of our Spanish-speaking community members, we are particularly interested in filling this position with a bilingual, bicultural individual.

Housing Program Manager
This position provides oversight of program operations including case management, staff supervision, establishing alliances with appropriate community stakeholders and partners, while strengthening community relationships related to housing programs and other related conflict resolution services.​
