Housing Services
The Eviction Resolution Pilot Program that began in July of 2020 ended at the end of June, 2023.
In collaboration with other local organizations, this program provided support to landlords and tenants, offering dispute resolution services, rental assistance, and civil legal aid. Over the course of this program, we opened almost 3,000 unique cases, serving more than 6,700 individuals. In all, 84% of cases reached resolution when clients chose to engage in services.
While this State-mandated program has come to a close, The Dispute Resolution Center of Thurston County continues to offer mediation services on a voluntary basis to resolve many types of housing issues outside of the court system.
